An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join a highly successful International Airline Industry Provider based at Melbourne Airport supporting the A/R Manager – Oceania Region. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail, communication, and time management skills. We are open for both Permanent Part-Time and Permanent Full-Time. Responsibilities End to end Accounts Receivable, including but not limited to: Customer collections / Invoicing / credit notes/ allocating payments. AR reconciliations. Building customer relationships and resolving AR queries and payment issues. Timely processing and allocations of daily banking. General team support. Filing and archiving of accounts receivable documents General accounts administrative duties Other duties as directed Essential skills Aviation experience desirable but not essential At least two years' experience in AR position or similar. Demonstrated ability in planning work schedule to meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure and ability to pay attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication. Demonstrate ability to be discreet and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Intermediate Mc Excel skills.
