Product Marketing Manager – Simulated Trading & B2B Partnerships Role Overview Lead marketing strategy and execution for Eightcap’s consumer‑facing simulated trading brand and B2B partnership initiatives. Drive growth, optimise user experience, and build internal brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine marketing strategy for consumer‑facing simulated trading brand. Create website landing pages, acquisition campaign assets, and lifecycle CRM campaigns. Champion simulated trading brand internally, ensuring alignment across Eightcap. Leverage appropriate channels to drive growth in each trading simulation brand. Review campaign effectiveness and use performance analytics to improve impact. Collaborate with design and tech teams to optimise the user experience and drive improved conversion rates. Regularly report on website performance and marketing campaign success metrics with actionable insights. Lead internal education sessions to build awareness and knowledge of simulated trading across the business. Maintain cross‑functional relationships to ensure seamless coordination across teams and global locations. Collaborate with sales teams on collateral, presentations, messaging, and event support throughout long sales cycles with large organisations. Work with partner marketing teams to optimise co‑marketing efforts and refine strategies. Identify new opportunities to enhance partnership value through innovative marketing. Qualifications 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the financial sector. Proven brand and product development expertise and end‑to‑end campaign experience. Strong ability to drive own work and take initiative for outcomes. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Deep understanding of brand values and identity, and ability to consistently implement them.
