As Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen to ensure smooth operations, including purchasing, inventory management, training, and development of employees. In addition, you will develop new menu items or specials, create marketing materials for these offerings, and ensure a high‑quality product for our guests. Key Roles & Responsibilities Ensure consistency and highest quality in food taste, presentation, and appropriate food temperature for all kitchens. Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all food displays meets company standards. Maintain smooth and effective communication among employees. Maintain and improve kitchen service and product operations to maximize profit while maintaining high guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain stock levels for all services. Ensure good kitchen practices are maintained by example and instruction. Create, maintain, and enhance effective working relationships. Provide training for all employees on departmental operating procedures. Ensure purchasing, receiving, and storage are efficiently handled and goods purchased conform to hotel specifications.
