About the Role We’re looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes events, someone who can manage clients, coordinate teams, and deliver world-class projects that turn heads. A mix of “construction site supervisor,” and “agency-minded relationship builder.” You’ll be the connector between clients, production, and partners, ensuring every build runs smoothly from concept to delivery. One day you’re walking a Formula 1 track with a brand manager, the next you’re working with our designers on a 3D walkthrough. What You’ll Do Be the main point of contact for key clients, agencies, and partners. Manage project delivery across design, engineering, fabrication, and install. Build trusted relationships with clients from first call to final pack-down. Work closely with production and logistics teams to deliver on time and on budget. Coordinate creative briefs, quotes, timelines, and approvals. Present solutions and project updates with confidence and clarity. Spot opportunities to grow relationships and expand our footprint within accounts. Attend events and activations to oversee client satisfaction and on-ground delivery. Manage the project bugets. What You Bring 3–5+ years in Account or Project Management in experiential, events, or creative agencies. A deep understanding of brand activations, pop-ups, or modular event builds. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational instincts and ability to manage multiple projects at once. A calm head under pressure and an eye for detail. Comfortable with tech and account management software A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset.
