Customer Service Superstar – Part‑time (Job Share, 2 Days per Week) NOT YOUR ORDINARY OFFICE JOB. About the Role Joining us at a time of rapid growth and genuine excitement, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Superstar who can elevate our interactions with families to a new level of excellence. You will be the smiling voice on the other end of the phone, helping parents who are excited to enroll their child in a ballet class. The ideal candidate can think on their feet, troubleshoot, and make complex tasks look easy. You are the essential link between our business and families, as important to us as our program. Key Accountabilities Answer incoming calls as the first point of customer contact. Promptly process customer requests and follow up to meet specified service times. Build strong customer relationships for continual business. Accurately enter and maintain data within our systems. Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated understanding of the importance of customer relations, recognizing families as the heart of our ‘why’. Ability to use multiple computer systems simultaneously. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and confidence in learning new software. Proven, inspiring, solution‑based customer service skills. Adaptability to change.
