Introduction In this Role, you’ll get to Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance margins and ensure supply stability across key accounts and local suppliers. Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, including handling customer service, marketing, and reporting inquiries. Identify and implement growth opportunities based on data insights and coordinate with Marketing to launch joint strategic campaigns. Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers based on their business capabilities, financial health, and service quality. Negotiate commercial terms, secure competitive pricing, and co-create marketing campaigns using data-driven insights. Renew and renegotiate supplier contracts to improve contribution margins, enhance profitability, and support GMV growth targets. Monitor supplier performance (KPIs, SLAs) and ensure compliance with Trip.com ’s operational and quality standards. Integrate key account and local supplier networks to strengthen competitiveness and expand market coverage. Conduct ongoing market research on user behavior, digital trends, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities. Provide actionable business insights to headquarters to support product localization and regional strategic planning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, operations, finance, and marketing teams) to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives. Support campaign execution, training, and issue resolution with improvement plans to drive better supplier performance. Present performance metrics, business trends, and recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making. Demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills, adapting to diverse cultural contexts with empathy and professionalism. What you’ll Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field . 5+ years of experience in business development or supplier management in Car Rental or Hotel Supply Sales is required. Proven track record of managing large-scale supplier relationships and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix organization.
