About the Role: We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will: Develop and execute QLD-focused growth strategies to expand our market presence Build and nurture a high-performing agent network across key regions Identify and secure strategic business opportunities in the logistics sector and other related sectors Establish strong client relationships with key accounts and distributors Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to exceed sales targets What You’ll Do: Hunt and sign new dealers in untapped QLD markets Get new partners up to speed with product training and sales tools Build relationships with key end‑users in resource sectors Hit quarterly targets for new accounts and revenue Be the face of Heli at industry events statewide What We’re After: 5+ years in B2B sales (machinery, mining, or related field) Proven track record of growing dealer networks Ability to read the market and spot opportunities Strong negotiator who can close deals Willingness to travel across QLD regularly Forklift licence (or willingness to get one) Base + Bonus Company car or allowance for regional travel Phone, laptop, and expense account Real career growth in a global company Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Business Development and Sales Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Heli Material Handling Oceania by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
