Since 2016, Banks Brewing has grown into one of Australia’s most respected independent craft breweries. Our ultra-fresh core range and sell‑out limited releases are poured in the country’s best venues, and we’re looking to grow in our home state. We’re looking for a Sales Representative to own the South East suburbs and Mornington Peninsula territory – an area packed with great pubs, bottleshops, restaurants, and other venues that are screaming out for great independent beer. The gig Full-time, permanent role based out of our Seaford brewery (Hi-Tech Place) Manage and grow an existing high-quality account base while hunting new listings Work closely with a tight-knit, high-energy team Deliver the Banks story with passion: quality without compromise, full cold-chain obsession, and exceptional beer Activate venues with staff training, tap takeovers, tastings and events You Live in the South East / Mornington Peninsula and know the venues like the back of your hand Proven craft beer (or premium beverage) on-premise and off-premise sales experience – you’ve opened doors and kept them open Infectious enthusiasm for great beer and the venues that pour it Self-starter who thrives on owning a territory and hitting targets Organised, reliable and presentable – you’re representing a premium brand Current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle RSA required What you get Competitive base salary + super + car allowance Tools of the trade (phone, laptop) Work with a passionate, down-to‑earth team that loves what we do If you live for craft beer, love the hustle of sales, and want to rep one of the most exciting independent breweries in the country right in your own backyard, we want to hear from you.
