Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner that will play a crucial role in providing operational support and guidance to our leaders on a range of recruitment matters, including attraction strategies, sourcing candidates, providing market insights, and employee relations matters.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needsManage the full 360-degree recruitment processProvide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment marketManage the recruitment database (JobAdder) to ensure SA remains compliant in the use of candidate information and all recruitment activity is accurately documented in real-timeSource potential candidates through online channels and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, introduction days and in-person behavioural interviewsDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirementsPromote and support the maintenance of Standards Australia’s Capability FrameworkLead and manage employer branding initiativesAttend job fairs, networking, and recruitment eventsForecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by departmentReport on recruitment activitiesManage recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of People & Culture31st May, 2024
