The team The Registry Connect program is focused on the stabilisation and targeted uplift of business registers, including designing connections to the ABN and Director ID registers held by the ATO, and the more than 30 registers held by ASIC. The role Responsibilities Lead program-wide communications and engagement strategy aligned with organisational goals Advise executives and stakeholders on communication risks, opportunities, and engagement approaches Coach and develop communication advisers, fostering collaboration and excellence Oversee program communication activities, ensuring consistent messaging and integration with change initiatives Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, aligning engagement with program priorities Manage communication channels (intranet, SharePoint, newsletters, media releases) for maximum impact Ensure compliance with governance and ASIC's change framework in all communications About You Tertiary qualifications in communications, PR, change management, or a related field Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate complex communication activities in agile environments Broad expertise across internal/external channels: digital, intranet, newsletters, media Skilled in managing stakeholders, influencing leaders, and navigating sensitive issues Strong leadership with experience coaching and developing communication teams Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking; proactive risk management Advanced written and verbal skills; adept at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences Experienced in governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring quality and consistency Benefits Attractive superannuation Additional leave entitlements 50/50 hybrid work‑from‑home model Flexible work arrangements Assistance for study and professional development To work with us, you need to be an Australian citizen and be prepared to complete an ASIC Suitability and Baseline Assessment.
