Billing Coordinator Nursing Homes & General Practice Kelso Medical Group is seeking a highly experienced and reliable Billing Coordinator to support our busy, well-organised general practice. This role is ideal for a mature professional who prides themselves on accuracy, integrity, and a strong understanding of Medicare billing. About the Role We are looking for someone who can confidently and independently manage: Responsibilities Accurate processing of MBS item numbers , including those related to Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) billings Timely and precise data entry Clear, professional communication with clinical and administrative teams This role can be completed remotely, offering flexibility while being an integral part of our supportive team. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience with Medicare billing and MBS item numbers Strong understanding of RACF billing processes Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently and autonomously Excellent communication and organisational skills Commitment to confidentiality and the highest level of integrity Requirements Recent professional references National Police Clearance Proven experience in a similar role (medical practice or billing environment) Why Join Us?
