Imaginelle is Australia’s fast growing cosmetics, skincare and beauty contract manufacturer. The passionate Imaginelle team formulate and manufacture an extensive range of innovative, natural, organic and environmentally responsible skincare, cosmetics, personal care, baby, pet care and wellness products for several of Australia's most reputable and up-and-coming brands. We assist with product ideation, formulation, testing and packaging solutions through to large-scale manufacturing in our GMP ISO 22716 accredited lab and production facility from our factory in Cardiff (just outside of Newcastle), NSW. Role Overview As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of all our social channels. From strategic in-feed decisions, to agile campaigns, you’ll understand the balance of a cross-channel strategy. You will blend our mix of in-house creative content with UGC and campaign content. You will be the perfect mix of authoritative, reputable, engaging and aspirational. You’re confident in front of the camera, but can also run circles in production when necessary, ensuring that we’re always hitting the mark on our organic channels. Job Description + Key Responsibilities Manages all organic content channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Creates and curates content aligned with brand's objectives, focusing on brand pillars and key strategic points. Creates strong paid ad campaigns. Develops a multi-channel social media strategy. Plans photoshoots, and creates socially native content on shoots. Understands how to produce viral content moments. Stays up-to-date with social media trends and works with agility. Ability to develop personal brands as industry thought leaders. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years in a social media management role within the beauty, wellness, or B2B space. Ability to create, curate and drive engaging social strategies. You're obsessed with Instagram and LinkedIn, and are hands on with software tools. Strong content instincts and understanding of the social landscape. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth brand environment. Outstanding organisational skills, and keen creative eye. Why Join Imaginelle?
