The Opportunity : The People and Culture Business Partner provides strategic HR partnership and leadership coaching to drive commercially sound decision making across the complete employee lifecycle. This role also serves as Claro’s culture and engagement champion, modelling our values and guiding broad P&C activities to enable high performance and an engaging employee experience . You will be responsible for, but not limited to : Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. Drive change processes, organisational development and design; and projects and implement initiatives Manage workplace relations issues, lead investigations and make commercially sound recommendations Coach and mentor managers on skill development and competency-building Lead culture and engagement initiatives, monitor employee experience, and contribute to a positive workplace To be successful in this role you will have : Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (preferred) Good IR / ER skills and a strong desire to expand your skills in coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
