A Waste Management and Resource Recovery company that creates custom-made and tailored services to its customers for the collection, remediation and disposal of industrial, clinical, chemical and by-product waste in solid, liquid and gaseous forms. Ensuring that customers are treated with a personal hands‑on experience with meticulous planning and execution emphasizes their commitment to exemplary service, environmental remediation and accident‑free collections for their customers. The Position This company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join them, working in Queensland managing a territory around South Brisbane and the Gold Coast , with a strong mix of in‑office, on‑the‑road and WFH (working from home) in an effort to build a strong portfolio of customers. Other facets of the role are: Drive growth of the business through the acquisition of new accounts Create bespoke and tailored proposals for new customers Manage key accounts once incepted Manage new and existing tenders Regular reporting back to State and Head offices Liaising with Operations and Accounts teams for full overview of customer accounts The Benefits If you are the right person for the role then this company will offer: A salary of up to $120k pa + Super A vehicle allowance of $15k pa + e-tag + fuel card The Candidate In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Business Development Manager , Key Account Manager or Area Sales Manager role within the Waste Management / Collections marketplace Is a strong communicator and analytical problem solver If you have the above criteria apply below, or phone Ian on 2*** for more Information.
