As part of our strategic expansion, we're establishing a brand‑new Commercial Banking (CB) Business Centre in the heart of the West. While our permanent premises are being finalised for launch next year, our team is currently operating from our Docklands office – laying the foundation for a dynamic, high‑performing team that will shape the future of business banking in the region. Do Work That Matters As a Relationship Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey – delivering tailored financial solutions to a portfolio of established and emerging business clients with complex needs. You will inherit a strong book of existing clients and be empowered to grow it further. Your role will be pivotal in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities to support businesses with innovative banking solutions that help them thrive. See Yourself in Our Team You'll join a collaborative, high‑energy team of Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers and Analysts – all united by a shared purpose: to become the primary financial partner for businesses in Melbourne's West. Our focus is on businesses with turnover between $50m-$150m or commercial lending needs of $20m-$50m. We deliver a full suite of financial solutions, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management. We're Looking for People Who: Have a proven track record in building and managing successful Commercial or Emerging Corporate portfolios, with lending experience above $20m Are confident in deal execution, with strong skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex financial solutions Leverage networks and referral partners to identify and convert new‑to‑bank opportunities Thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering holistic financial solutions Are commercially astute, with strong financial analysis and credit decisioning capabilities Take pride in delivering exceptional service and building long‑term client relationships Why Join Us Now?
