About the Role As a Relationship Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients and deliver tailored solutions across: Working capital Asset finance Home and investment lending Risk management Wholesale investment advice You’ll work alongside a supportive team of Relationship Executives, Analysts, and Account Managers, all focused on delivering exceptional service and sustainable business growth. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and outstanding service Identify new opportunities via your network and referral partners Understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions Lead deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation Represent CommBank across the region, building your profile and presence What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing a successful small business or commercial banking portfolio Strong commercial lending and credit writing skills Deep understanding of banking products and financial analysis Passion for customer service and business development Ability to interpret financial documents and cash-flow drivers You’ll start with an established client book and grow it through new acquisition and by identifying further opportunities within your portfolio.
