We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-driven Support Services Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth coordination of all office functions that keep our teams operating at peak performance. As the Support Services Manager, you will oversee the administrative heartbeat of Excel Connections. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the office, support engineering project teams, and ensure our administrative, compliance and resource‑management systems run seamlessly. This role ensures the coordination and administration of support services across multiple departments while driving continuous improvement in office processes and project delivery. Task & Responsibilities Lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of office support services. Establish service priorities and maintain high standards across all administrative functions. Allocate office resources, including staffing, workspace, equipment and supplies. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and support administrative staff to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate office records, documentation, and accounts. Liaise with internal technical, project, and operational teams to coordinate workflow and resolve issues efficiently. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stock levels, and supplies. Ensure full compliance with Work Health & Safety regulations and relevant legislation. Implement and uphold company procedures, office policies, and administrative systems. Coordinate personnel‑related functions such as recruitment support, onboarding, training, performance reviews, payroll preparation, and general staff supervision. Manage workspace organization, office safety, and day-to-day operational issues to support business continuity. Qualification & Experience Tertiary qualifications in business management or similar. Proficient in office administration systems and MS Office Suite. Experience working in an engineering projects environment (preferred).
