We are open to speaking with experienced Construction Managers as well as highly capable Senior Project Managers who are ready to step up into broader leadership. You’ll directly lead three Project Managers across high‑value vertical builds ranging from $20M to $50M. With full support from senior leadership, you’ll combine strategy with execution—making operational decisions, managing cash flow, and addressing risks before they become issues. This is your chance to be both a mentor and a strategic leader—influencing not just the success of your projects, but the evolution of the builder’s broader delivery model. What you’ll do Lead and develop three Project Managers and their delivery teams Oversee cash flow planning, commercial risk management, and program outcomes Step into key negotiations with subcontractors and clients with confidence and credibility Adapt and improve construction processes without losing sight of commercial realities Build trust internally and externally as a respected and authoritative leader Partner closely with senior stakeholders to support ongoing business success About you Deep contractor‑side experience in commercial construction (vertical builds is a must) Either a current Construction Manager or a highly experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step up Proven ability to manage cash flow, assess risk, and guide teams to high performance Skilled communicator and negotiator who can handle pressure and complexity Pragmatic, resilient, and aligned with a culture of trust, quality, and team unity Why this builder?
