Caprice is consistently growing and diversifying, as a result we are looking for an experienced and organised Sales and Account Manager to join our apparel team. Position Overview: The Sales and Account Manager – Apparel manages a key account, overseeing product and range development, sales performance, and day-to-day account operations. The role focuses on driving growth, profitability, and strong partnerships through commercial insight and effective range planning. Success requires hands‑on apparel account management experience, leadership skills and a proactive, results‑driven approach. Key Responsibilities and Functions: Your end‑to‑end responsibility include but are not limited to: Managing relationships with existing retail partners, including management of pricing and margin mix to meet gross profit targets. Developing and presenting ranges both internally and externally, including creative direction and design briefing. Pushing new business opportunities, particularly promotional activities to drive sales and profit. Retail management including regular review of retail sales performance of products and proactively recommend any changes that may be necessary to the range or future ranges. Liaison with internal sourcing offices based in China. Financial budget and planning as well as internally reporting on sales. Team management and leadership. Other tasks as required. Candidate Requirements: Experience in similar account management role essential. Experience in Apparel highly regarded. Strong product and range development capabilities with a commercial understanding. Highly motivated self‑starter able to work to tight timelines in a fast‑paced wholesale/retail environment. Ability to manage and lead a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, problem solve, initiate, and follow processes as well as manage projects. Must have strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), time management and negotiation skills. Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skills.
