Retail Manager Position Are you a motivated and experienced Retail Manager ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast‑paced grocery retail environment? Dewan & Saeed Trading Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to manage day‑to‑day operations at their Glenroy Spice Mart, Glenroy, VIC, a specialty store known for its authentic South Asian groceries and warm community atmosphere. About Us Glenroy Spice Mart is a locally loved grocery store offering a wide range of quality spices, specialty products, and pantry essentials. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, community engagement, and a curated selection of products that reflect our customers’ tastes and cultural traditions. Your Role As our Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Selecting the appropriate product range, monitoring stock levels, and setting service standards Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions Advertising and promoting the store’s products and services Assisting customers and advising them on product selection and use Maintaining accurate records of inventory and financial transactions Preparing budgets and monitoring financial performance Leading recruitment, training, and supervision of store staff Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Business, Retail, or Management At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the grocery or specialty food sector Strong leadership, staff management, and problem‑solving skills Commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences Proven ability to manage inventory, budgets, and compliance requirements Availability to work weekends and public holidays, as required What We Offer Competitive Salary: $76,000 – $82,000 per annum (excluding superannuation) based on experience and qualifications Job Security: Full‑time role with a minimum 2‑year contract and potential for renewal Professional Growth: Opportunities to develop your career in a supportive and growing business Positive Workplace Culture: Join a friendly and inclusive team that values your ideas and leadership Apply Now Please send your resume and a short cover letter to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
