We are now seeking a full-time Supply & Distribution Manager to join our growing team. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply & Distribution Manager to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for planning, procurement, production coordination, freight bookings, cost management, and operational excellence. You will oversee supply chain optimisation, 3PL warehousing, MRP planning, inventory control, purchasing, and ERP planning. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end supply and distribution operations including planning, procurement, materials management, warehousing, and supply chain IT systems. Oversee 3PL freight forwarders, including vessel bookings, shipping instructions, bills of lading, and all shipping documentation requirements. Monitor shipping schedules and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Set up and maintain item data, bills of materials, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer information within our ERP system (NetSuite). Maintain accurate purchase, storage, sales, and distribution records in NetSuite. Review 3PL storage and inventory structures to meet supply requirements and manage optimal stock levels. Use the ERP system to track movements of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely re-ordering and stock replenishment. Lead materials value analysis activities to optimise costs. Support Lean methodologies to drive process improvements across the business. Foster strong, positive relationships to guide and motivate teams toward achieving key goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational performance. Participate in meetings as a key stakeholder and prepare relevant insights and reporting. Work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for customer order fulfilment. Manage supplier performance using strict KPIs and ensure all targets are achieved. Conduct root-cause analysis, lead action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse demand forecasts and ensure manufacturing capacity meets customer requirements, including contributing to long-term capital planning. About You Advanced NetSuite and Excel skills. Experience managing multi-site operations with multiple warehouses. Strong understanding of international trade documentation and compliance requirements. Ability to produce supply chain reports, performance assessments, and operational analyses. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build constructive relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders. Strong supply chain background with demonstrated success in inventory management, service and cost improvement, and S&OP. Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. Compensation & Working Hours Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
