HiWe are looking for a Technology Project Manager for one of our clients in Melbourne.Contract Duration - 6 monthsLocation: Melbourne (Prefer someone living closer to Melbourne Airport).Project DetailsMigration of On-Premises SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint OnlineTransferring all documents from sites in On-Premises SharePoint 2013 server to SharePoint OnlineMigration Planning covering migration strategy, architectural and technical oversightMigration of legacy workflows to Power Automate and re-creation of InfoPath forms in PowerAppsIT Project ManagerA Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role at an organization and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.Overall, Purpose of Role:The role of the IT Project Manager focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible including:Leading project planning sessionsCoordinating staff and internal resourcesEnd to end project management of projects through the relevant phases including definition, design, implementation and service transition.Managing project progress and adapt work as requiredEnsuring projects meet deadlinesManaging project financialsManaging relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholdersManaging multiple vendors to ensure they are providing services to scope, budget and timeOverseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentationParticipating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review, if applicableDesigning risk mitigation plansConducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staffOptimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessaryManaging large and diverse teamsExperience RequiredProject Management qualifications mandatory (Prince2, PMBOK, PMP, AIPM, CPPP…)Five or more years’ experience of IT Project Management within complex organisations (Tier 1 or 2)Excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work with a varied number and type of stakeholders from across the businessExperience in managing vendors as part of the project’s deliveryExperience in migrating from Sharepoint on premise to Sharepoint OnlinePotential to work on hardware replacement projectsM365 experience will be beneficialReportingReport on the initiative progress within program of work against delivery, quality, cost and time commitmentsImplement, monitor and report on project activities including milestone delivery, resource allocation, issue management, risk management and mitigationConsolidating the team’s initiatives and reporting progress to key stakeholders.If you are interested in this opportunity, please email me ASAP to
