In this role, you will: Lead, mentor and support Site Supervisors and onsite teams to drive high performance Plan, schedule and optimise construction programs to achieve key milestones and deadlines Ensure strict compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, council requirements and WHS legislation Manage project financials including budgets, variations, contracts and cost control Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, certifiers, engineers and councils Identify opportunities to continuously improve construction systems, workflows and scheduling tools About You You’re a construction professional who’s seen it all, can stay calm under pressure and enjoys making complex workloads run smoothly.
