We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Service Designer to join an innovative and collaborative team within a growing department. As the Service Designer, you will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, contributing to the development of services that prioritize user needs and government objectives. A strong focus on researching customer / user behaviour and common responses is critical to creating new processes that aligns user, business and technology needs that will deliver effective digital capability. Responsibilities Design end-to-end service journeys, across transactions, products, content and business processes. Identify and prototype concepts to transform the service based on user needs. Work within an agile approach to deliver designs and research. Prototype transformative concepts aligned with user needs. Role requirements Extensive experience in service design for large scale transformations inluding experience in strategic thinking. Demonstrable experience in solving complex problems based on evidence, analysis and investigation. Strong track record working in agile and multi-disciplinary teams.
