About the Role As a Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face of the hotel during the overnight shift — ensuring a smooth and secure guest experience while balancing the day’s financial transactions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the presentation, safety, and professionalism of our property after hours. Key Responsibilities Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Complete nightly audits, reports, and reconciliations in RMS. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas throughout the hotel. This includes regular high-contact cleaning of public areas and touchpoints. Liaise with Reception, Housekeeping, and Management teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure the security of guests and the property during overnight hours. Perform small maintenance or cleaning tasks as required. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. About You We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding service, thrives working independently, and can think on their feet. Previous experience in Night Audit or Front Office roles. Proficiency in RMS property management system and handling reservations. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional presentation and telephone etiquette. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one). Local knowledge of Mandurah and surrounding regions. Basic maintenance or cleaning experience.
