In this role, you'll become one of the faces of the Muscle Nation brand, creating engaging, authentic content across our social platforms with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram. As we continue to build our social presence as one of Australia's leading fitness brands, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with our community and showcasing our products and brand values through compelling content. Reporting to our Social Media Manager, you'll collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand voice and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, social-savvy professional who understands how to leverage platform algorithms and trends to maximise engagement and growth. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Muscle Nation's social media channels, with primary focus on TikTok and Instagram Serve as an on-camera personality and brand representative in social content Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting content strategies accordingly Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future content Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy Attend shoots, events, and activations to capture behind-the-scenes content Contribute creative ideas to brainstorming sessions for new content series and campaigns EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Clear experience in social media content creation, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle space Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives measurable results Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram best practices, trends, and algorithms Confidence in front of the camera with strong presentation skills KEY SKILLS Exceptional creativity and an eye for visually appealing content Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills Proficiency in video editing, particularly for TikTok-style content Ability to plan and organise content calendars efficiently Adaptability to quickly pivot strategies based on trends and data Knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry Collaborative approach to content creation WHY YOU WILL LOVE MUSCLE NATION Opportunity to become a face of one of Australia's leading fitness brands Huge staff discounts across all Muscle Nation products Unlimited access to Muscle Nation products whilst in the office Brand new office environment, with the ability to wear whatever makes you comfortable, everyday Full-time hours with a healthy work-life balance At Muscle Nation, you'll become part of an energetic and passionate team who are motivated by growth, innovation, and success.
