What You’ll Be Doing Leading structural builds, installations, and upgrade projects Managing work across QLD, NSW, and TAS Overseeing scheduling, procurement, costing, and contractors Strengthening planning, structure, and delivery discipline Driving safety, compliance, documentation, and audits Supporting and leading crews on the ground Collaborating with design, operations, and senior leaders Bringing calm solutions-focused leadership to daily challenges Travel is approx. 1–2 trips per month most work is Brisbane-based.
