Imagine a role where every day is different and where you are at the heart of creating remarkable experiences As Project Officer, you will support Cliftons' exam deliveries and help ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Senior Project Manager and other team members to make sure exams are set up and delivered on time. This role will help you grow your skills in events management, problem-solving, and teamwork. This is a parental leave contract of 6 months to 12 months (with the potential for extension based on performance). We’re looking for someone to start by January 2025. How This Will Transform Your Career In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience managing end-to-end coordination of exam logistics up until event day. Our exams delivery business is diverse and tailored to our clients – from high school and university to medical college fellowship exams. Every day and every exam block is different. What You Will Be Working On In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of our exam deliveries at our Sydney venue. Your duties will include: Gather exam booking requirements from the client’s representative. Assist the Exams Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in all aspects of exam planning and delivery. Source and liaise with external partner venues and suppliers and ensure collaboration with stakeholders across the business for a smooth event. Keep track of event details in the CRM system and ensure everything is up to date. Ensure exams are delivered correctly and help resolve any issues. What Type of Person Will Be Successful To succeed in this role, you should have a blend of event management and customer service skills. You should be detail-oriented, organised, and effective in managing multiple tasks. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in event management or project coordination. Communicates well and works well in a team.
