Position Cafe Assistant – Emmaus College About the College Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co‑educational college in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, established in 1980. It operates across multiple campuses: the Senior Campus (Years 7‑12) in Vermont South, the Junior Campus (K‑6) in Vermont South, the Year 9 Campus in Vermont, and the VET Campus in Burwood. Job Summary The College is seeking an experienced cafe assistant to join our vibrant La Strada café team. This ongoing, permanent, part‑time position (0.66 FTE) works Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. You will work alongside the café manager to provide efficient food service management and support catering services when required. Your commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school is essential. Key Responsibilities Assist in the efficient food service of the college café. Support the café manager in daily operational tasks. Provide catering services as required. Uphold the ethical and service standards of a Catholic educational environment.
