Cafe Assistant – Uniting Join to apply for the Cafe Assistant role at Uniting. What Do We Need You To Do Delivering exceptional café service: Prepare and serve quality coffee and light refreshments while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors. Maintaining food safety standards: Oversee the food safety program, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of food service areas and equipment. Welcome customers, take their orders, and address special requests, delivering a friendly and efficient service experience. Ensure the coffee bar and equipment are clean and organized, including daily maintenance of coffee machines and workstations. Oversee inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and alert management when stock is running low. What We Need You To Bring Previous Barista experience and Food Preparation experience are essential. A passionate, engaging, and outgoing personality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
