Training Provided: We’ll support you every step of the way Responsibilities Preparing and serving coffee and drinks Preparing and cooking menu food Friendly service of customers including taking orders and using the register Supporting daily café operations such as cleaning and restocking Working as part of a fun, inclusive team in a real café environment Eligibility and Qualifications Have NDIS funding Receive the Disability Support Pension (DSP) Hold the right to work in Australia Be available to work multiple shifts per week (Shifts available from Monday to Friday - 7.00am to 3.00pm) Be able to travel to Cannon Hill People with lived experience of disability A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to work with others Ability to follow Workplace, Health and Safety processes An interest in coffee, food, and customer service (Previous hospitality experience is great, but not essential) What You’ll Get Earn an income and build independence Learn valuable hospitality and barista skills Boost your confidence and customer service abilities Make new friends and work in a supportive environment Access to training, career development, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Part-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
