About The Role This position is responsible for Meals on Wheels kitchen duties – including freezer work, receptionist duties and administration support within the Community Care Team. It requires highly responsive customer service, attention to detail and flexible support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the team. Fulfil all administrative duties including switchboard, word processing, communication dissemination and customer enquiries Complete accurate, reconciled record-keeping and data entry across multiple IT platforms Complete Meals on Wheels stock‑control processes including freezer work, stock rotation, inventory, meal packing and ordering Raise purchase orders and receipting in line with council processes Provide general administrative support across Community Care team services About You We're seeking a candidate who possesses a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Food Handling Certificate (or ability to obtain within 3 months) Current Class C driver's licence Experience in food distribution desirable, including lifting, stock rotation, inventory management and order processing Daily cleaning duties in the kitchen area also expected Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and business technology Maintaining required information within set timeframes, ensuring accuracy of data and attention to detail Demonstrated customer‑service skills with a diverse population Advanced IT skills including Microsoft suite and other applications Certificate 4 in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable) What's On Offer We are offering a full‑time permanent opportunity with an attractive remuneration from $68, plus 12% superannuation. Outline your previous experience and understanding of stock control processes, including picking / packing, ordering, rotation, inventory and record‑keeping. Outline your previous experience working as a team member to meet shared deadlines and your role in that process.
