They build connections between people in Australia and communities affected by conflict and displacement around the world, fostering solidarity and collective action.Every member of the team contributes to this mission by helping resource and sustain programs that make a real difference in people’s lives.Impact you will have in this role As Data and Systems Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring that Act for Peace’s data, systems, and insights empower the Engagement team to build meaningful relationships with supporters, raise critical funds, and drive informed, data-led decision-making.You’ll be responsible for the integrity, functionality, and alignment of the supporter data ecosystem – including the CRM, marketing automation, and related digital platforms. You’ll ensure data and systems are accurate, connected and fit-for-purpose, supporting the Engagement team and external partners to draw insight, understand supporter behaviour and make evidence-based decisions that strengthen relationships and income.Working collaboratively across the Engagement department and with third-party providers, you’ll ensure that data, systems, and technology effectively deliver on both short and long-term strategic goals.Key Responsibilities Lead ownership of Act for Peace’s marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation and website platforms Ensure data quality, integrity, and alignment across systems to support effective fundraising and supporter engagement Coordinate reporting, analytics, and insights to measure performance and guide strategic decision-making Manage technology projects, integrations, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations and innovation Oversee data governance, privacy compliance, and system security Support campaign data execution including targeting, segmentation, and delivery for fundraising and engagement campaigns Manage donation processing through third-party providers and ensure timely receipting Train and support staff in the effective use of systems, fostering a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement Manage all supplier relationships associated to this role ensuring effective partnerships Skills and Experience You’re a collaborative and detail-oriented data and systems professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, insight, and purpose.
