Sales Manager - Dewatering Products Weir Minerals Artarmon or Eight Mile Plains Hybrid As Sales Manager - Dewatering, you’ll lead our dewatering pump sales strategy across the region, driving growth for iconic brands like Multiflo and Warman. You’ll manage a team of Product and Application Specialists, shape market strategies, and contribute to our broader East business objectives. Key Responsibilities Drive team performance and exceed sales KPIs through strong leadership and strategic vision. Develop new products and services, build compelling value propositions, and contribute to product design through our NPI process. Identify market opportunities, respond to industry shifts, and execute growth strategies aligned with our business goals. Champion the use of Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools to enhance sales efficiency. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Trade Certification in Mechanical Field or equivalent technical experience will also be considered. Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and SAP Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
