The Role This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll lead from the front while keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly. You’ll guide a team of up to 15 staff and play a key role in improving efficiency, accuracy, and workflow across the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a warehouse team of up to 15 staff, including Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Operators Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities to meet operational targets Oversee inventory management, stock control, and accuracy Identify issues within operations and implement practical, long‑term solutions Remain hands‑on with picking, packing, stock replenishment, high reach forklift operation, wrapping, and labelling as required About You Proven experience leading teams within a warehouse or distribution environment Valid forklift licence (high reach experience highly regarded) Experience using Pronto ERP software is advantageous Strong communication, literacy, and problem‑solving skills Friendly, approachable leader with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset What’s on Offer Competitive pay of $35–$40 per hour + penalties & super Consistent day shift hours: M‑F, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Permanent opportunity with long‑term stability Supportive management team that values your ideas and encourages growth Ready to Take the Next Step?
