Feros Care is seeking a passionate and proactive HR Business Partner to join our People Experience Team on a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract . We’re looking for someone with solid HRBP experience, ideally with a background in HR policy oversight and EA support. Non-for-profit Salary Packaging (up to the value of $15,899 per annum tax free) and Meal and Entertainment Packaging (up to the value of $2650 per annum tax free) Private Health Insurance Discount (Medibank) Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid parental leave benefits for eligible employees All technology / equipment provided Flexible work arrangements and supportive workplace What You’ll be Doing: Be a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, influencing business outcomes Coach, mentor and uplift leadership capability across the board Diagnose, design and implement practical HR and cultural solutions Handle employee relations with confidence, care and professionalism Share data and insights that shape future people strategies About You : You’ve got a strong generalist HR background and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment Proven experience as an HRBP, with a strong understanding of HR best practices Experience in HR policy development, oversight and EA support. Skilled in handling ER matters, investigations and change with professionalism Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills You hold a relevant HR or Business qualification (or similar) A Bit About Us: Feros Care is a bold, not-for-profit organisation changing lives in aged care and disability support.
