Human Resources Business Partner Join Feros Care as an HR Business Partner within our People Experience Team on a 12‑month full‑time fixed‑term contract. Feros Care is a leading provider of aged care, disability support and community programs across Australia, committed to enhancing the lives of older Australians and those with disabilities. What You'll be Doing Be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, influencing business outcomes. Coach, mentor and uplift leadership capability across the board. Diagnose, design and implement practical HR and cultural solutions. Handle employee relations with confidence, care and professionalism. Share data and insights to shape future people strategies. About You Strong generalist HR background and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment. Proven HRBP experience with deep understanding of HR best practices. Experience in HR policy development, oversight and EA support. Skilled in handling ER matters, investigations and change professionally. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
