ROLE DETAILS Reports to: CEO Hours: Full-time, flexible core hours Salary: Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic 6-Figure OTE) WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS You’ll be the first point of contact for families looking for in-home support. Through warm leads, high-trust consults, and our proven matching process, you’ll guide clients to the care that transforms their lives. This role blends commercial acumen with human empathy — every sale changes a family’s future. YOUR MISSION Convert warm inbound leads into loyal paying clients Conduct Zoom consults that are insightful, supportive, and results-driven Manage leads via Zoho CRM and maintain a strong sales pipeline Cross-sell and upsell services aligned to family goals Hit key sales metrics: conversion rates, client retention, upsell %, and referrals Partner with marketing to refine lead quality and campaign effectiveness Follow up post-placement to collect reviews and uncover upgrade opportunities Represent 99aupairs in events, webinars, and online communities Contribute to script improvements and feedback loops WHO YOU ARE 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or client advisory roles Proven closer who balances empathy with results Skilled at building rapport, handling objections, and leading with value Resilient, emotionally intelligent, outcome-focused Bonus: Experience in care placement, NDIS, coaching, recruitment, or high-ticket service sales If you’re a parent with a corporate background, even better — you get our mission WHY 99AUPAIRS?
