Full-Time IT Operations & Documentation Coordinator We are Austpath Laboratories, and for our internal technology project we are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Operations & Documentation Coordinator to support project documentation, compliance, offshore team coordination, and reporting. This onsite role is ideal for someone proactive, structured, and comfortable working across technology, operations, and administrative functions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, generating reports, coordinating offshore team schedules, documenting new features, and supporting quality and compliance activities while working closely with the Product, Engineering, QA, and Compliance teams. Deep IT knowledge is not required; however, confidence working with technical teams is essential, and comfort using tools such as Jira, AI tools, and reporting dashboards is desirable. Skills & Experience Essential Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar platforms to track epics, tasks, and workflows. Ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and weekly status updates for management. Confidence coordinating offshore teams, following up tasks, and communicating across time zones. Ability to document features, workflows, and processes accurately. Experience in operational or support roles within a software project. Ability to support QA testing, log bugs clearly, and assist with basic investigations. Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Desirable Basic understanding of databases to assist with QA and issue triage. Ability to interpret project workflows, lifecycle stages, and technical system processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly project documentation, organise and maintain records, and keep detailed logs of experiments, investigations, and development progress. Support QA by testing features, raising detailed bug reports, summarising system issues, and assisting investigations using basic database knowledge. Generate Jira reports, maintain epics, user stories, tasks, and workflows in Jira/Confluence, and summarise development progress for management. Track offshore team schedules, follow up on outstanding items, and manage reports from offshore developers, testers, and consultants. Document new features and workflows, assist with research for upcoming modules, and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base. Prepare weekly status updates, manage meeting minutes and follow-ups, and support documentation needs across engineering, QA, and compliance teams.
