National Business Manager – Confectionary Connect APAC is partnering with one of the fastest growing confectionary businesses in Australia. Currently experiencing double‑digit growth and on track to double over the next five years, this role will be critical in expanding across structured accounts. The National Business Manager plays a key role in driving commercial success through strategic customer partnerships, revenue growth, and category development. The position is responsible for managing major national retail accounts while leading the growth of new business across emerging channels. It requires data‑led insights, strong commercial judgement, and collaborative leadership to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. Key Objectives Lead strategic partnerships with national retail customers to deliver mutual growth. Identify and secure new distribution and channel opportunities to support category expansion. Develop and execute data‑driven strategies that strengthen retail presence and commercial performance. Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution across marketing, operations, and supply chain. Develop, negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to customer and company objectives. Translate consumer, category and shopper insights into clear commercial strategies. Identify innovation and expansion opportunities across existing and new channels (structured retail, eCommerce, and emerging growth sectors). Experience Required Experience at National Account Manager level. Must have grocery channel experience within FMCG – ideally food/beverage. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and agile environment.
