As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven National Business Manager to help take Lolliland to the next level. About the Role This is a high-impact, strategic role for a proven commercial leader. You’ll manage key national customers, develop joint business plans that drive mutual growth, and identify new opportunities across emerging channels. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll play a central role in shaping Lolliland’s customer strategy, translating insights into action, and delivering category‑leading performance. What you’ll do: Lead and execute Joint Business Plans with major retail partners. Build strong, long‑term partnerships that unlock shared growth. Identify and secure new business opportunities across structured retail and emerging channels. Use category data and shopper insights to influence ranging, promotion, and innovation. Deliver commercial outcomes across revenue, margin, and distribution targets. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution. About You You’re a commercially sharp, data‑driven sales leader who thrives in fast‑paced FMCG environments. You love building partnerships, influencing strategy, and seeing results come to life in‑store. Unlimited sweet treats for your 3:30pm itis — it’s basically R&D. You’ll bring: Proven success in national or key account management within FMCG. Strong commercial acumen — you know your way around a P&L, trade spend, and JBPs. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Strategic mindset balanced with hands‑on execution. Ambition, energy, and a growth mindset that matches our brand’s trajectory.
