As our Club Manager, you won’t just manage a gym, you’ll help lead the fitness journey for your community and support our vision to make fitness accessible to everyone. The Role As a Club Manager working across our Cranbourne & Pakenham clubs, you’ll be the face of the club — driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose. Your day-to-day will include: Managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs Running community outreach and pre-sale activations Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion About You You’re a natural leader and people-person who thrives on connecting and building genuine relationships Being on camera and creating content that excites and engages Driving sales with confidence and heart Taking ownership and building a club environment people love Working in a team that’s all about fun, results, and real impact Why Join Us?
