As part of the product support team, you’ll be providing first‑line technical and customer support to global clients. You’ll manage queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience as customers integrate the company’s cutting‑edge AI platform into their own environments. What you’ll be responsible for As the first point of contact for a customer seeking help, first impressions, swift action, and the pride of going above and beyond will be pivotal in this role. You will be the first point of contact for client queries and technical support. Manage tickets through to resolution, escalating promptly when needed. Communicate clearly and proactively with customers across multiple time zones. Build strong knowledge of the company’s AI platform and use cases. Proactively contribute to process improvements and customer success outcomes. What you will bring to the role Your degree in a discipline that provides the foundation for working in artificial intelligence. (Think Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths…) Your excellent communication, upbeat positivity and relationship‑building skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. A genuinely curious, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn. Positive energy and ability to thrive in a scale‑up environment. The primary focus for success in this role will be maintaining a positive attitude and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
