We’re seeking a passionate and driven Conference & Events Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you’ll be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, collaboration, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Preparing high-quality client documentation — including proposals & contracts, data entry and marketing collateral — to support and achieve business objectives. Proactively drive new business while growing and managing a portfolio of repeat clientele. Conduct client site inspections, showcasing our Venue’s. Deliver on KPIs and sales targets through effective planning and performance tracking.Manage all invoicing and payment reconciliation. Maintain a high level of output and professionalism while working independently and with minimal supervision. About You Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event sales within the hospitality industry. Previous experience in the hospitality, hotel, events, or catering industry is essential. Experience in corporate or large-scale event sales, particularly in a client-facing role, will be highly regarded. Confidence in working with clients and stakeholders at all levels, building trust and rapport with ease. The successful candidate will be a positive and driven individual, adaptable to change and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.
