You'll work closely with an experienced and supportive team, servicing existing clients and building new relationships, ensuring we deliver exceptional results every time. About You Previous recruitment experience, ideally in the blue-collar or trade sector, with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Strong time management and organisational abilities, capable of thriving in fast‑paced environments while meeting deadlines and delivering results. Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems, confident using recruitment software and digital tools to streamline processes. A team‑oriented, results‑driven professional, motivated to achieve success for both clients and candidates.
