Join Queensland Public Trust (QPT) as a Senior Public Trust Officer and play a pivotal role within our Customer Experience and Delivery Program. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage complex matters, and give expert advice in financial management. This temporary full‑time opportunity has a start date within Brisbane and can last up to nine months. About The Role The Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) portfolio at Queensland Public Trustee offers trusted estate administration, education, and financial services, empowering Queenslanders to plan for significant life events. As a Senior Public Trust Officer within the CED Program, you will manage complex matters, provide guidance and support to junior staff, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to support QPT customers and achieve the best financial outcomes. About You You are a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong background in financial administration and customer service. You enjoy mentoring junior staff and encouraging them to succeed. Your experience in managing complex matters, especially in financial management, is crucial.
