Responsibilities Hire, coach, and lead a highly engaged, high‑performing team of account managers. Craft and deploy a tailored strategy for expanding upsells and renewing Deel's solutions. Develop and implement effective, repeatable processes and playbooks that drive revenue retention and expansion. Closely partner with Customer Success to define and execute against rules of engagement and customer‑journey triggers. Measure your team's success based on revenue expansion and retention. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quotas. Key Qualifications 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales as an Account Executive or Account Manager (full‑cycle sales experience). 1 year of direct experience managing employees. Built teams and thrives on designing new customer journeys and playbooks. Proven track record of leading successful and consistent account management or sales teams. Built clear, measurable KPIs for teams and consistently delivered against them. Built successful cross‑functional partnerships with Customer Success and Sales to deliver a great customer experience.
