General Description of the Role Working with the Senior Experiential Manager, the AEM will support and execute partnership and experiential programs for key brands in CAMPARI’s portfolio including Aperol Spritz, Wild Turkey Bourbon, Campari, and Espolon Tequila. The Assistant Experiential Manager plays a vital role in supporting, executing and reporting on exciting and innovative experiential campaigns to create exceptional experiences for Campari. The AEM will be responsible for partnership management, event processes and delivery and budgeting for the achievement of brand and sales objectives. Mission/Objectives: Assist in the delivery of a program of exceptional experiences, igniting passion, growing brand loyalty and encouraging trial. Key Responsibilities and Activities Provide support for the company's sponsorships and participation in industry events, striving to optimize benefits and manage budgets effectively while upholding internal policies and compliance standards. Support event initiatives, working closely with business and department collaborators to build impactful programs in line with our strategic objectives. Assist in the activation of entire partner/event lifecycle, from initial planning to execution, content creation, venue arrangements, digital amplification, consumer journey maps and financial management Collaborating with external suppliers on all event-related aspects, ensuring seamless administration asset deliveries, hospitality and experiences The ability to manage various projects at a time to ensure all events are executed to a high standard Key Relationships Internal: Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, Sales and Commercial Functions External: Vendors, Partners, Local Agencies Experience Required At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally agency side, rights holder and/or brand experience with sponsorships. Proven experience in project management and assisting the delivery of exceptional partnership activation experiences for brands or clients. Agency management experience. Experience in assisting with creative ideation for activations. High energy and a passion for the industry, and our brands. Has strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Has a strong work ethic and collaborative work approach. Has good time management skills, is highly organised and results driven. Licenses Required RSA (preferred, not mandatory) Unrestricted Drivers Licence Functional Competencies Collaboration & Communication: Demonstrates strong ability and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
