ARCH MELBOURNE - Operations & Marketing Coordinator Arch Melbourne is a premium property styling studio based in Moorabbin. We’re ready for the next chapter and are looking for the person who will help us create it. The Operations and Marketing Coordinator role is the heartbeat of our studio – the link between creativity and execution. You’ll help us stay organised, build structure, and share the beauty of what we create. Position Description You will be the operational heartbeat of Arch – managing systems, social media, logistics, and helping the business run seamlessly day to day. A key part of your role is supporting and organising the team; every touchpoint reflects Arch’s calm, elevated aesthetic. We don’t do boring here. Whether it be booking logistics, ordering inventory or capturing content on location – no two days will be the same. If you thrive on precision, design, and bringing calm order to a busy creative environment, you will love it here. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and logistics across the studio. Oversee quoting, invoicing, and basic Xero reconciliation. Coordinate warehouse organisation and supplier bookings. Manage and schedule Instagram content using Canva. Support the team and founder with project coordination. Track marketing performance and maintain brand consistency. Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, marketing coordination, or studio admin. Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Canva, Xero (basic use), and Instagram & Meta Business Suite. Excellent written communication and organisation skills. Data‑driven, detail‑focused, and proactive. Thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Driver’s licence and reliable car required.
