Content Creator - Photography & Videography Are you a talented Photographer & Videographer looking for a long-term creative home? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love producing high-quality video across diverse campaigns? This is your opportunity to step into a stable, permanent part time role with a custom builder in Newcastle. We are seeking an in‑house Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting mix of on-location shoots, creative editing and producing polished, impactful content across construction marketing, events, profiles and brand storytelling. About the Role, you will be responsible for planning (alongside our team & director), photographing, filming and editing video content across a variety of projects, including: Construction Marketing – Creating engaging, entertaining and educational videos Business and Team Profiles – Film and edit polished profile content End-to-End Production – Manage pre‑production, shooting, editing and final delivery Short‑Form & Social Content – Produce high‑quality, on‑brand edits with strong pacing Collaboration – Work closely with the office team to maintain brand consistency The role is hands‑on and varied, offering a balance between multiple shoots and focused editing days. What You Will Bring 2+ years professional videography & photography experience (real estate or commercial ideal but not essential) A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality production and storytelling Advanced proficiency in video/photo editing related tools Strong understanding of lighting, composition and visual pacing Excellent organisation and time management skills A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously Drone experience and offshore editing connections a bonus Car and driver’s licence essential What’s On Offer Permanent part-time, long‑term opportunity Exciting and varied creative work across property, events, profiles and brand content Supportive and creative team culture Equipment flexibility – use your own gear or have professional equipment purchased in consultation with you.
